Brave Books is our favorite local used bookstore in El Paso. Prices can be a little more than we are used too, but we are happy to always support local vs Big Box Retailers. And of course we are always beyond stoked to see Yofi 😻 our favorite bookstore cat 😻

This unique bookstore is a welcoming and comfortable space. Browsing this diverse collection of recent and older editions is a fun and fascinating way to explore books. Each room has its own focus and personality. Even though I don't have young children, I especially enjoyed the room for kids books, with its toys and places to read.

Really fun little bookshop. The owner and his family are really cool, and helpful folks. If you want to support local and and met folks from all walks of life. Brave Books is certainly the spot. Plus they have some free books and if you look you can find some gems.

The thought that went into the artistic decor of this eccentric bookstore is obvious! Definitely a cozy and unique place to visit. There’s even a free community water station on the curb and a free books shelf on the porch. Prices are a bit higher compared to order used book stores though.

Honestly one of the cutest, coziest, inviting little bookstores I've ever been to. Great selection, thoughtful seating throughout the shop to check out any books calling to you, an adorable little bookstore assistant named Yofi, and owner Jud makes you feel like you're a guest in someone's home rather than a shopper in an establishment. Never had I browsed books with complimentary wine in hand. The whole place is a fantastic vibe, and the prices are wonderful too! As a new resident to the area, I'm absolutely delighted to have found this little gem. Highly recommend!

If you’re an Indie Bookstore junkie like myself this tiny spot is a must see when visiting El Paso! A community water table is set up outside and free cold beverages were offered the day we stopped by. Readers with a wide variety of interests will find plenty of treasures to take home! Two antiques, one new are now part of my own library.
